About the role

As a Stocktake Team Leader you will have responsibility to motivate, measure and support the efficiency of your team to achieve accurate stock counts whilst ensuring fast and efficient service to internal customers across all Business Units. Working closely with your colleagues you will form a cohesive team, who will coordinate in the stocktake environment to ensure that results are achieved in an efficient and timely manner.  

What you'll do

• Coaching and developing team members     
• Monitoring team members through stocktake reporting
• Navigate and control all stocktake programs and reporting
• Support the Stocktake Manager in the daily routine
• Complete stocktakes and liaise with all levels of senior management in stores
• Organise and complete load checks both at DC and store level
• Complete accuracy checks on team members and provide one on one feedback

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience in a retail/FMCG environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Awareness of Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
